You may choose to arrive an hour early to enjoy unlimited use of the Infrared Thermal Suite, an advanced sauna that generates heat while keeping the air moist to prevent dehydration. It’s the perfect way to prepare your body for the treatments ahead. Please make sure to notify Amrita Spa in advance if you will use the Thermal Suite prior to your treatment.
