- GREEN FRUITE OLIVE OIL (100ml) is produced when olives are harvested still green, early in season and promptly pressed. They deliver a freshly cut, grass fragrance, a hint of artichoke and pepper. Perfect over al dente pasta, rice marinades, raw or cooked fish or salads
- RIPE FRUITE OLIVE OIL (100ml) is produced when olives are harvested well mature, close to black and promptly pressed. They deliver great red berry aromas, the flavour of lime leaves flavor and sometimes even a soft buttery note. Perfect over pan-fried or grilled vegetables, oven-baked fish or lasagna.
- BLACK FRUITE OLIVE OIL (100ml) is produced after storing ripe olives for a few days before pressing. This method re-creates the taste of yesteryear, as most people today only know the taste of green olive oil. Black fruites are soft olive oils with the fragrance and taste of mushrooms, dried fruits and even cocoa. Delicious over country bread, crushed baked potatoes, fresh cheese or for creating desserts.
- WHITE BALSAMIC VINEGAR (250ml) is made with white grapes. Less sweet than traditional balsamic vinegar, it’s perfect for salads with a clean, crisp aftertaste, and does not discolour vegetables.
