We are group personal training, however just because you are in a group setting doesn't mean you don't get personal attention, we are committed to your success. Our dedicated trainers are there for you, whether to push you forward to finish that last push-up or to correct your form. We are all about you.
Don't be intimidated either, every class is a mix of beginners to advanced. No one gets left behind and everyone gets the workout they need. We are also aware how you can get bored with the same thing over and over again, so we've developed a program that changes each new class. Whether it is different venues or new exercises thrown into the mix, we want you to be challenged and inspired each and every session.
We respect and listen to our members, at the end of each session we ask for your feedback. This way we can make sure that you are getting the most out of your workout, even if the feedback is "tonight's class was difficult".
