The star attraction is a gleaming wall of ultra high-tech Enomatic wine dispensers, which enables wine to be served directly from bottle to glass at the touch of a button. This gives punters access to over 40 high-end wines at - typically sold only by the bottle – so they can sip and swirl to their hearts content without having to mortgage their homes first. Servings range from the standard 150ml full glass to 75ml half glasses and the itty bitty 25ml “taster cup”. The bar is an all-round great place to relax and taste wine, cheese platters, olives, Grappa and the like.
